Implemented a global ErrorBoundary component to catch runtime errors and display a user-friendly fallback UI.

  • Created web/components/ErrorBoundary.tsx with dual-theme support (Neobrutalism/Glassmorphism).
  • Integrated ErrorBoundary into web/App.tsx wrapping the main Router.
  • Added "Try Again" (reload) and "Back to Home" actions to the fallback UI.
  • Verified with manual test trigger and Playwright screenshot.
